Telephone Consultation –

All on the day requests for a Clinician consultation will start with a telephone consultation.

The Clinicians will decide if the consultation can be conducted by telephone or if they require to see you in person.

Welcome to our video consultations service page.

Information about the service and how it works can be seen by visiting the Near Me website here

You can attend video consultations from your home or wherever is convenient by clicking on the start call button below using a device that makes video calls (like a smartphone).  Please note that you will need to be given an appointment by a doctor as usual following triage to use the video consultation service.

These appointments cannot be pre-booked by patients.

If you already have an appointment for a video consultation please click the button to begin.

Virtual Consultation

If the GP or Nurse feel they need to see you, they will initially try to consult with you by our virtual consultation system “Near Me”.

Again, you will require access to a computer or smart phone so that you can see and hear the clinician.

You do not require to register for this system, just follow this link to get started below.
